This five-day interactive workshop is designed to provide management personnel with the knowledge and skills needed to develop and implement sound crisis management procedures. The workshop provides the personnel at the middle or senior management level of organizations within a State that have been assigned responsibility under that State’s National Civil Aviation Security Programme to form part of the crisis management element to respond to acts of unlawful interference occurring within that State.
Courses are instructed by ICAO certified Instructors and ICAO Experts
Trainees will enjoy daily transportation from/to EGYPTAIR Training Academy (Heliopolis and Naser City Area)
Trainees will enjoy daily lunch and two daily breaks with drinks and snacks
Tourism trips can be organized in weekends for trainees upon request with reasonable fees.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of the training course trainees will be able to:
Explain the need for a crisis management plan to respond to major security emergencies occurring at airports.
Describe essential components of a crisis management plan.
Identify the composition and function of a crisis management team.
Describe essential facilities necessary in support of a planned response to crises.
List system testing features necessary to ensure currency in crisis management plans.

Target Audience
Staff at the mid to senior management levels of organizations within a State that have been assigned responsibility under that State’s National Civil Aviation Security Programme to form part of the crisis management element to respond to acts of unlawful interference occurring within that State.
Pre-requisites
Proficiency in both written and spoken language of the course.
At least three (3) years experience in a management/supervisory position within organizations having AVSEC role.

A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the course and passing the final examination
