Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be received by email (TrainingCenter@egyptair.com) at least 15 business days before the test date.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for credit or rescheduling.
• In case of No Show a 100% cancellation fees shall apply.
