National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme (NCASTP) Workshop
This five-day interactive workshop is designed to familiarize participants with the general principles of a National Civil Aviation Security Training Programme (NCASTP). The workshop will also provide participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement a NCASTP that addresses training requirements, including certification according to their National Civil Aviation Programme. This workshop creates an opportunity for participants to develop a draft of NCASTP by utilizing the ICAO template.
Courses are instructed by ICAO certified Instructors and ICAO Experts
Trainees will enjoy daily transportation from/to EGYPTAIR Training Academy (Heliopolis and Naser City Area)
Trainees will enjoy daily lunch and two daily breaks with drinks and snacks
Tourism trips can be organized in weekends for trainees upon request with reasonable fees.

Course Objectives
The Trainee will be able to:
Define Quality Control as it applies to aviation security.
Review pertinent quality control Standards and Recommended Practices listed in Annex 17.
Review the general principles of quality control as they pertain to aviation security.
Review a NQCP Model outline.
Use the NQCP Model template to draft a NQCP incorporating a State’s structure and regulatory requirements.

Target Audience
Nominees should be at the senior or middle management level with responsibility for the development, approval and/or implementation of quality control activities. Participants should also have previous knowledge and/or experience in aviation security oversight functions.
It is suggested that States currently in the process of drafting or updating its NCASQCP consider nominating the individual(s) dedicated to this task for this workshop.

Participants should be at the middle or senior management level with responsibilities in the development, implementation and/or oversight of NCASTP.

A certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the course and passing the final examination
