This course will provide A320 Neo –CFM Leap-1A B1 certifying staff CFM LEAP 1A engine runners with necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform engine run-up operation consistent with job cards according to A320 aircraft maintenance manual (AMM) and EGYPTAIR M&E local procedure manual.

The engine run up course will be conducted as follow :
•Classroom instruction (one day)
•Simulator practice ( three days)
At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:
-Perform Engine Run-up Preparation.
-Perform Normal Engine Operation
-Perform Abnormal Engine Operation Procedures.
-Perform Engine Installation Tests.

- The primary T/P: A320 NEO –CFM –Leap 1A –Certified B1 Engineer.
- The secondary T/P: Technical Supervisor Staff.
- A320 NEO –CFM –Leap 1A –Certified B1 Engineer
- Have experience in aircraft engine maintenance related work for 5 years and above
For each module:
-Practice through Exercise (Ex)
-one practical Mastery Test (MT) in simulator as the trainee will perform a task and the instructor will evaluate his performance and give the score .
-Pass degree is 80%.
