the regulations through of annual recurrent training on subjects
related to efficient and safe flight operations

Communication Navigation Surveillance (CNS) / Air Traffic Management (ATM).
Navigation equipment in the aircraft used, including peculiarities and limitations of that equipment.
Air traffic control and instrument approach procedures.
File a flight plan with the appropriate ATS unit
Manuals and Regulations
Aviation instruction and Civil Air Law and regulations.
Operations Manual relevant to the operational control of flights:
System of flight dispatch.
System of flight following / Flight monitoring.
Flight Operation Procedures:
Aerodrome Operating Minimums.
Standard Fuel Planning.
Standard procedures to initiate emergency situation.
The NOTAM system.
Operational procedures for the carriage of cargo.
Meteorology
Seasonal meteorological conditions and hazards.
Interpretation of weather data including:
Forecasting of en-route (thunderstorms and the best penetrating altitudes, Icing conditions, turbulence i n-cluding clear air turbulence, Jetstream, Volcanic Ash Clouds and tropical cyclone
Terminal phenomena's, temperature and other weather conditions including (Heavy precipitation, sand storm, and low-altitude wind shear).
Frontal system, wind conditions, and use of actual and prognostic
Weather chart for various altitudes.
Source of meteorological information.
Effects of meteorological conditions on radio reception on the aircraft used.
Aircraft Performance and Flight Planning Aircraft limitations.
Aircraft weight and balance.
Aircraft performance.
Flight planning including track selection, flight time analysis, and fuel requirements.
Operational emergency and abnormal procedures
