Kitchen Safety Familiarization

Kitchen safety involves ensuring that all kitchen activities are carried out in a safe and hygienic manner. This includes following general safety guidelines, such as wearing appropriate clothing, using correct utensils and kitchenware, and using appliances safely. 

Course Objectives

To address safety responsibilities, including following all operating and safety procedures, recognizing and reporting hazards, and identify potential safety problems found in the kitchen.Use good safety and sanitation practices in food preparation.

Module (3): Personal  Safety at Kitchen
