A340 to A320 Cross Crew Qualification Ground Training
Required documents:
A photocopy of:
- the License.
- National ID / passport.
- Last attended ground school certification.
- Pilot’s log book (to calculate the flight hours)
- Last proficiency check. (to make sure that the pilot has attended the flight school).
To provide flight crewmembers with the training required to achieve an A320 type rating for those pilots already currently A340 rated, experienced in operating the aircraft (at least 3 months and 150 flight hours) and well versed in A340 systems integration and normal/abnormal, emergency procedures; upon completion student will be sufficiently prepared to enter the Flight Training curriculum segment.

Prerequisite:
A pilot who holds a valid A340 commercial pilot license
- An A340 licensed pilot for more than 3 months.
- The pilot has more than 150 flight hours on the A340.
- The license must be valid.
- Duration from last attended A340 ground school end date must not exceed 12 months.
