Course Design & Development

An introductory course to provide knowledge, skills and attitude required to
design and develop competency-based training packages by either upgrading
existing conventional courses, or creating a new one.

Course Objectives

Realize the concept of competency-based training.
Identify development process stages.
Conduct job and population analysis to perform TNA.
Design the curriculum.
Design the modules.
Design and validate a test.
Design different kinds of exercises.
Obtain validity of a training course.
Use CDU standard templates efficiently.

Module 1: TRAINAIR Plus methodology overview
Module 2: Analysis stage
Module 3 : Design and production stage
Module 4: Evaluation stage
