Following the successful African Aviation Training Conferences held in Nairobi, Kenya, and Johannesburg, South Africa, the 3rd African Aviation Training Conference & Exhibition will take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from Thursday, 19th March to Friday, 20th March, 2015. Organised by AFRICAN AVIATION and hosted by Ethiopian Airlines and the Ethiopian Aviation Academy, the Conference will address critical training and manpower issues facing the African aviation industry. These include the need to significantly expand the pool of skilled aviation personnel, reduce the aviation brain drain, enhance the quality of aviation training, retain qualified staff, find new funding sources, optimally utilise existing aviation training facilities within Africa and establish successful partnerships with international aviation training organisations.
