Aviation Quality Management (AQM) Diploma

Program Scope 

The scope of this potential Aviation Quality Management (AQM) Diploma is about enhancing the competencies and skills of the trainees in the context of today's fast-paced changes and global environment in the aviation industry.

Accordingly, your organization can build a pool of high competent quality staff who would consequently lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in order to achieve its vision and strategic objectives.

While the role of the EGYPTAIR TRAINING ACADEMY as a training provider will be focusing on developing the quality knowledge and skills of the participants.

Program Description

The program consists of five modules with total 120 training hours:

• Aviation Quality Foundations - 20 Hrs. - Details
• Document Control System - 25 Hrs. - Details
• Aviation Internal Auditor - 25 Hrs. - Details
• Root Cause Analysis - 25 Hrs. - Details
• Total Quality Management (TQM) - 25 Hrs. - Details

Notes:

1. The training day is five hours including breaks.
2. The participant can obtain a standalone certificate for each module or one certificate for the whole Diploma upon the completion.

Training Methodology:

The training will follow the Adult Learning Technique and Experiential Methods where trainees are learning by doing through series of interactive sessions.

Training will include assessments, case studies, group discussions, videos assessments, brainstorming, and workshop style.
